What is dynamic Pilates, and how is it different from traditional Pilates?
Dynamic Pilates is a faster-paced, more intense style that focuses on continuous movement, flowing transitions, and a deep muscle burn. It builds strength, endurance, and mobility in a more energetic, sculpting way.
Traditional Pilates, based on Joseph Pilates’ original method, is slower and more structured. It emphasizes precision, breath, core strength, and posture, often following a set sequence with minimal use of props or modifications.
Do I need experience to join a class?
No! All levels are welcome. I will be providing layers and modifications throughout. All you have to do is feel what’s good for you and your body.
What should I bring to class?
- A mat

What makes my classes different to others?
I trained in Australia so I bring a fresh perspective to Pilates. I bring the heat from Aus to you guys and trust me just try it and you will be addicted.
